When Do Orders Ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed and shipped out the same day. Orders received during weekends or national holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
Processing Times
Most in-stock collegiate products are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery timelines are calculated based on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). Ground shipment times are estimated, not guaranteed. Choose expedited methods if you have a tight game-day deadline.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll send tracking information by email, including order details and a unique tracking code. You can also use our Track Order page to check your order status.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 US States, military APO/FPO addresses, and select international territories. Customs, duty fees, and taxes associated with non-US destinations are calculated automatically at checkout.
Holiday & Weather Delays
Peak holiday seasons and extreme weather patterns may impact ground carriers. While we guarantee fast dispatch times from our dock, external logistics delays are occasionally beyond our control.
Damaged, Lost, or Significantly Delayed Shipments
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please allow 24 hours as carriers occasionally scan items prematurely. For items damaged in transit or delayed past the carrier window, reach out directly. We will open a trace with the carrier immediately and secure your replacements.
